About Eater Under Wraps

Do I need to be 21+ years old to enter the event?

The Eater Under Wraps Holiday Market is open to all ages. Cocktail Lounge reservations and specific sampling opportunities are restricted to guests who are 21-plus. Please bring a valid photo ID with you to the main event (in order to participate in tastings that include alcohol) and to all Cocktail Lounge reservations. The ticketed cookie-decorating and chocolate-dipping workshops are family friendly events.

Do children need a ticket for the cookie decorating and chocolate dipping workshops?

Each attendee regardless of age must have a ticket for either/both chef-led workshops. Children’s tickets are available to purchase for guests age 10 and under. Adults may be accompanied by up to two children (each must hold their own ticket). For every one to two additional children attending, please purchase an adult ticket for their chaperone. All children must be chaperoned by an adult.

What’s the cancellation policy for Cocktail Lounge reservations

All sales are final. We cannot cancel your ticket or reschedule it for another date/time. If you have any questions regarding your ticket, please email events@e.voxmedia.com. 

Are all Eater Under Wraps events being held at the same location?

Yes, the main event is located at 477 Broadway, New York, New York, 10013. This is the best entrance for the Holiday Market and ticketed workshops. For the Cocktail Lounge, we recommend entering at 53 Mercer Street.

Will the Cocktail Lounge accept walk-ins or do I need a reservation?

Yes, we will have limited walk-in availability. Check in with the staff at the Cocktail Lounge when you arrive; if we have space available, we will try to seat you!

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Please be advised that food is prepared in a facility that handles common allergens. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in food or beverages at Eater Under Wraps.

Do you accept cash?

The Eater Under Wraps Holiday Market will accept credit card payments only. Cash will not be accepted

What’s the return policy for items purchased in the Eater Under Wraps Holiday Market?

All items purchased at the Eater Under Wraps Holiday Market are final sale. No refunds will be given.

Can I bring my dog to Eater Under Wraps?

Dogs and other pets are not allowed at the event, with the exception of service animals.

Vox Media will give 100% of the net proceeds of all tickets sold for private events, plus 10% of net proceeds from shop sales, at Eater Under Wraps in New York City from 12/13 to 12/14 to World Central Kitchen.
