Tory Miller, executive chef and owner of L’Etoile and Graze restaurants in Madison, Wi. Since 2003 chef Tory has spent nearly every Saturday morning at the Dane County Farmer’s market, not only purchasing all of the food for the restaurants, but maintaining his strong relationships with all of the local farmers and producers. Chef Tory has a deep connection and love of all things Wisconsin, especially cheese! He is a James Beard award winner, Iron Chef champion, and been featured as a guest judge on Top Chef.
