Midge Purce

Midge Purce is a star forward for NJ/NY Gotham FC and the U.S. Women's National Team and a multi-hyphenate athlete and entrepreneur. A Harvard graduate, she serves as the youngest member of Harvard University's Board of Overseers, the institution's second-highest elected governing body.
She was part of the U.S. Women's National Team player leadership that successfully negotiated the landmark 2022 gender discrimination settlement, helping deliver historic, precedent-setting equal pay in U.S. Soccer. Named to Forbes 30 Under 30, Purce serves as CEO and founder of The Offseason Inc., a culture-shaping, athlete-driven women's sports platform and docuseries that redefines how women athletes' stories are told globally.

Randy Foye
President of Friends of Nova and former Villanova / NBA Guard
Randy Foye, a legendary Villanova basketball player in the early 2000s, serves as the president of VU's NIL maximization partner Friends of Nova. In this role, he will mentor student-athletes in addition to educating and informing alumni on the positive community and event driven opportunities Friends of Nova will offer.
Foye graduated from Villanova University with a degree in geography while playing basketball for the Wildcats from 2002-06. In his senior year, he helped carry the Wildcats to their best record in a decade with the program's first BIG EAST regular season title since ‘97. After leading the 'Cats to the first NCAA #1 seed in program history, he was named BIG EAST Player of the Year and a consensus All-American. Randy was selected seventh overall in the 2006 NBA draft and went on to enjoy an 11-year career in the National Basketball Association.
Randy has seen firsthand the difficulties for kids growing up in a tough, urban environment, prompting him to establish the Randy Foye Foundation which develops programs and projects aimed directly at improving the lives of children in his home town of Newark, NJ. Foye understands the difference a positive role model and nurturing environment can make in a young person’s life.
Randy is a devoted husband, loving father and sports enthusiast passionate about both Villanova and helping student-athletes become the best version of themselves.
